A new art group created to introduce a wide selection of traditional mediums.

Art has always been an important part of my life and lifestyles. While I never became any more famous than I am now, I have not yet abandoned hope for being discovered sometime in the next century.

Humor aside, I really love to browse FLICKR photostreams seeking new art. Each time I view a work that appeals to me, I experience the kind of emotion the image projects or expresses.

Yes, I really am impressed with both expressionist and impressionist art.

My favorite mediums? Watercolor, ink and watercolor, oil with texture, pastel, collage, crayola, pencil, and such mediums as one might have found in old Monmartre studios are my favorite mediums.

If you receive an invitation to exhibit, please know that your work has been selected with much consideration. That's to say, if you receive an invitation, I really like your work and am impressed. If you are invited, please join. Once you are a member, you will be afforded the pleasure of posting works without specific invitations.

This is a public group and all work will be considered for exhibition. If your work is accepted for publication in this group, you will be requested to become a member. Only those who are members will be able to exhibit.

If you are not one who actively creates art but enjoys seeking great work by Flickr members, please send me a Flickr message and I will take a look. Your suggestions will be appreciated.
