We are fortunate to take a community of fun-loving, positive and compassionate individuals to beautiful places by the ocean, where we can feel first hand the meaning of yoga i.e. union... deepen your practice... and feel the earth pulsing with each tidal change, warm tropical breezes, share the water with seals, dolphins and ocean creatures and experience the thrill of dancing on this planet's most dynamic medium, waves....
