Ein Leitpfosten (in Österreich Leitpflock), auch Xylomigrant (von griech. xylos‚ Holz; lat. migratio‚ Wanderung‘) genannt, ist eine Verkehrseinrichtung, die der Abgrenzung der Fahrbahn und einem besseren Erkennen deren Verlaufs dient.

In der Regel bestehen Leitpfosten heutzutage aus Kunststoff, es gab und gibt aber auch Leitpfosten aus Holz, Beton und Stahlblech. Neben dem Corpus machen vor allem die beidseitig angebrachten Reflektoren die Wirkung des Leitpfostens aus.
