About World Icon! (post 1, award 3, SWEEPER used)
Simple rules to follow
1. Post photos of iconic images around the world - famous and recognizable places.
2. Please have the name and location of the place in your description, title or tags.
3. Post 1 photo to the pool a day 4. Award 3 photos with the official award for every 1 you post. Do this as soon as you post. Award photos to the RIGHT of yours in the pool. Please leave at least 1 comment on the first 10 pages, you may go further in the pool for the other 2. Failure to do so could cause you to be kicked or banned from the group as we are now running a sweeper for comments
5. Do not repost photos to get more awards.
The admins and mods maintain the right to remove any photo in the group that does not meet the above guidelines
You travel the world looking for icons to photograph. You love a good statue, building, or postcard shot. You know it's cliche, but you simply can't resist! Even if you've seen a hundred of these shots, a really good new version makes you gasp and you give it an instant fave. Come here and award quality photos of world icons. I want to see your best landmarks and buildings, statues and symbols!
Bring on the Taj Mahals, Eiffel Towers, Golden Gate Bridges, Great Walls, Big Bens, etc! Famous natural wonders allowed too such as the Grand Canyon, Matterhorn, etc.
