About World Cup (People Watching)

This is a place to post images of people watching, spectating, celebrating the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat during the worlds greatest sporting event. Images from the stands, the streets, in bars at home all welcome. However, this is not a place to post images of game play.

I am hoping members will bring a different angle to the game. Stay away from sports page motifs and do what you do on your flickr streams. If you are interested in posting fan and team support images and the like please post here www.flickr.com/groups/wm2006/

We do not want to be an upload for a steady stream of fan photos and memorabelia leading up to and during the games. We are posting images reflecting our style of photography during the world cup. The emphasis here is on aesthetic and subject. So think about the images you are posting before you post them.

If any referee sees an image that is clearly out of synch feel free to issue a red card.
