About Threat Level 2
As the World War III group has been collapsing, I decided that we needed a newer, more refined group to keep us together.
After the events in the World War III group, only a few superpowers remained. The civilian population has been taken to less than a third it's previous strength, and the factions battle it out, not only over land and for survival, but also for the nuclear weapons capabilities that all of them need. Resources around the planet have been stretched thin, and heavily contested areas rich in resources spring up around the globe.
World War III is over- now there is nothing left, but
a world about to destroy itself- a world at threat level two.
