I just changed this pool to be moderated, that is, when you 'add' an image to the pool, it doesn't appear in the pool until I approve it. This makes it easier for me to make sure images follow the rules.

If I deny a photo, it is highly likely because the word has not been cropped to fill the image.

About Single Word

The Purpose Of This Goup
To collect a large database of photographed single words.
Images of photographed words (not text created with a graphics program, nor screen-captures).

Rules
Images must be of a SINGLE word, cropped so that word fills the image.

Cropping Is Important
By all means crop down an existing photograph to isolate the word. Please make sure your word fills the image as best as you can.

Tags
PLEASE tag your image like this:
word:police
(no spaces)
in your case, replace 'police' with whatever your word is.

Avoid Duplicates
Before adding a word, check to see if it already exists. To do this, go to the Tags page and search for your word by prepending 'word:' to it. E.G. to check if the word 'science' has been added, search for the tag 'word:science'.
