About Word-of-the-Day : AVOIRDUPOIS

Each morning the word of the day and its' definition will be posted, and everyone has until the next word is posted to submit one image that represents that word. The picture may be of that word but it should be something that you find, not a picture of the word from the dictionary or hand written/typed out...

The image should be a new image taken within that time period, we are trying to keep our creative juices flowing, however life is busy so if you have to pull one from your archives that is acceptable as well!

And remember to tag your image with "WOTD" and whatever the word is.

If you wish to play on some older words, add them to that thread but don't submit them to the pool. You can still tag them though, might revise this *rule* at a later date.

Welcome to the group! I know there's a couple others like it but they seem defunct... have fun and lets increase that vocabulary and keep our creative juices flowing!

Invite all your illiterate friends! ;)

NOTE: I've set it to two submissions/day because of the 24 hour time frame for submissions, still only one submission per word!
