About Winnipeg
Winnipeg is the capital of Manitoba, Canada, with a population of about 700,000. It is located at the confluence of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers on a very flat bit of the Canadian prairie. The winters are cold, but the summers are usually pretty nice. (wikipedia)
