Welcome! I'm glad you made it here. This group began as an experiment, for which the evidence has been deleted. A few friends of mine started a chain of winks on flickr and I thought it would really catch on, but not enough people knew about it and it fizzled. But it was cool while it lasted. One person photographed herself winking, another replied to that photo with a hotlink thumbnail of his own wink. If you clicked on the thumbnail you could follow the chain of people winking at each other photographically.

Now I'm happy to see at least one person winking back at your images, either in text, ";-)" or with another photo. In fact, I'm happy to see animals or inaninimate objects causing such a reaction.
