About Wild Penguins
Hello and welcome to everyone!
Depict Wild Penguins of the world so others can enjoy and experience the thrill of seeing Pengiuns free and unfettered, behaving and interacting normally, without the confines of a cage or pen or zoo exhibit, just as you see them in the wild. Penguins from every location are welcome as long as they are wild and unrestrained, in a place of their own choosing. Share with us your photos of all species of Penguins, Fairy, the smallest, to Emperor, the largest, so that all of us, all viewers, can enjoy this magnificient bird.
Please, though the scope of this group is quite wide, post only your best, your real pearls that best depict the subject that is intended, Penguins in the wild. We are not looking for every picture of a Penguin you have taken on a recent trip but only your best, the real gems of your collection, your top quality images. The aim of this group is to amass a photostream that is envied and yet is intriguing and spellbinding while at the same time is the best Flickr has to offer on documenting Penguins in the wild.
With this in mind, we also want to promote discussions and comments in threads provoked by excellent images.
Comments on members images are welcomed but not necessary at this point. In not requiring comments, we are encouraging membership and encouraging image posting. We do limit the number of posted images to five per day to avoid pool flooding. At some point, once the group images have been seeded, this group will require comments but for now, please submit your finest up to five per day.
So, our rules are simple:
1. All images must be taken in the wild. No zoo shots. No videos
2. Submit up to five images per day
3. Submit only top quality images, no out of focus, no photos where confusion reigns.
4. Please, no mosaics. Just post one photo and you can do this five times per day.
5. Have fun

This is just a routine screening proccess for if you have followed the guidelines above, your images will be accepted. Please do not be offended if your photo is not approved for inclusion in the pool
