Get involved in your Local Wisconsin Government; JAYCEES 2008

For years, I have refused to speak on political and governmental issues with anyone whom I know on a personal basis. Speaking on political matters is dangerous wherein too much personal opinion is involved. It should be reserved for the proper outlet(s) and/or channels. Correctly respecting Politics is a fine art, and deserves precise amounts of respect in all of its specific areas.

That being stated, I recently became involved in the Wisconsin Junior Chamber. Amongst other things, I plan on volunteering my services as a graphic designer and photographer. I, however, I am not a professional photographer in the slightest. I’m am not currently aware of how many members are professional photographers, or even if there are any. But I’m sure more are always needed. Thus my using of flickr.com as a small platform.

Tonight is my very first meeting, and I am excited; tonight will be the beginning of my own personal journey to become involved in local government. Simply put- the beginnings of the ability to “have a say” in the world around me.

This is a personally extended invitation to people who have serious interest in local governmental issues. More information can be made available to you upon request. Let me know if you are interested in having influence in your community. Because it is important to do so, for change and proper influence is the need, and the way to, the positive progressive metamorphosis of the world.
