Orrin (a group admin) says:
22 Jul 10 - Photos added to this group must use timelapse to depict the MOTION of the attraction.

The idea for this group is that in long exposure photos of rides in motion (night or day), a skeletal mechanical structure can take on a surprisingly organic form with volume and shading. Like an erector set suddenly turning into a jellyfish.

Please read the group description below. Thanks!

About Amusement Park Time(lapse)

A curated group for long exposures of amusement park rides, carousels, and other striking fairground attractions.

This group is for images that portray amusement park attractions in motion, and afford the viewer a new understanding of the motion or structure of the ride. Photos that do not fit the pool or meet the criteria be removed by the moderators.

Variety is favored here. Try not to post multiple similar images. Think of the photo pool as a gallery, and only post your best shots.
