I sent my beer back because the way it was served left me with a full beer with no foam, not the way I like it. I asked to speak with the manager when I learned that he had charged me for both beers. It was a $2 service error, and most restaurants wouldn’t question such a minimal dispute. But he came to the table, was very aggressive, told me every restaurant in Seattle serves beer that way (yeah, right) and when I told him I wasn’t going to pay for it he threatened to call the police! My two friends and I had been having a lovely evening together. And for $2 that manager lost three returning customers. I did calmly tell him that he is an a*****e, which I regret, because even though it its true, it is fairly poor form.
