25 Oct 09 - Think of this group as watercolor plein air. That is the intent of the group. Post landscapes, seascapes, skyscapes, cityscapes, close-up nature views (a corner of the garden, for example) done in transparent watercolor, or watercolor pencil, on location. Preliminary drawing may be pencil, ink, crayon, etc. but the work itself must be primarily watercolor.

About WATERCOLOR PAINTING ON LOCATION--WATERCOLOR PLEIN AIR

A place to display plein air watercolors of scenery, buildings, seascapes rural scenes, park scenes, street scenes, etc.
They must be made on location.

Transparent watercolor (no gouache and no acrylic).

No photography.

No nudity, no pornography, no violence, no offensive content.
