Water in Focus ~ A Global Photography Project
Unless we change our ways by the year 2025, two thirds of the world's population will face water scarcity. -Maude Barlow
Outside the Lens (OTL), a San Diego-based youth media literacy program, presents Water in Focus, a project for anyone who uses water (that is YOU!). Water in Focus, engages youth from around the world in environmental justice issues centered on water, encouraging creativity and expression through photography and writing.
