About Waterfall in reverse

Waterfalls falling upwards. Usually caused by wind blowing up the hillside.

According to Steve Horstmeyer, 9 m/s vertical wind velocity is enough to keep even the largest (single) water drop afloat. But if many large drops are close together, I guess their combined drag will slow the wind.

There is a waterfall model, but I can't seem to get strong enough wind.
