About Water Board -- 303d Submissions

The CA State Water Board is compiling its "303(d) list" of impaired water bodies so severely threatened by trash and other pollutants that they violate the Clean Water Act, and is now accepting photos of trashy waterways to help decide which ones belong on the next 303(d) list.

Please help document the severe trash problem affecting San Francisco Bay and its watershed – submit your trash photos today!
