About Wasn't the Future Wonderful?

Wasn't the Future Wonderful is all about about the wonderful, and ofttimes scary, future that never came to pass as envisioned by Science Fiction filmmakers (and artists) from the late 1940s to the early 1960s. The Atomic Age had begun, the Cold War was on, and science fiction films (big or small) were sure to pack 'em in. Theatres were beautiful places ... and magical. Get a load of those posters! Buy your ticket. Find a seat. The lights go down and the title comes up. Someone giggles in the balcony. Hope you have your popcorn, 'cause today's show is going to be something out of this world!
