This group is home to Washington State Tourism's Flickr group photo gallery. Submit your best photos of Washington State for license consideration in marketing and PR efforts. Photos submitted to this pool will only be used by Washington State Tourism if a license agreement is reached between the photographer and the tourism office. Please limit your additions to no more than ten photos per day.

In no way at all does submitting photos to this group mean you are giving up your copyright to Washington State Tourism. Unless you reassign your copyrights to someone else, you always own your copyright to your photos. If we want to license a photo from you for usage, we will contact you directly and offer you a license agreement and negotiate licensing fee. All of our license agreements are non-exclusive agreements, meaning you are able to license your photos with other companies and agencies during your license term.

Photos submitted to this pool should be readily available in high resolution format, as most photos licensed for marketing efforts include but not limited to, editorial print usage (i.e. magazines, newspapers), online media usage, as well as usage on www.experiencewa.com/, the official website of Washington State Tourism. Photographers submitting to this pool should have a contact email address on their Flickr profile page.
