Book by loging onto www.wapf.org.au
CONDITIONS
You nominated the starting date - can be any day, and you may have already started! However, you will have to demonstrate to the club committee the images you have taken on each day. - Click HERE to see how best to do this on a PC (using PICASA). Click HERE to see how best to do this on a Mac (iPhoto).
•Part of you payment includes a photo-book with no more than 100 pages Standard Landscape Hard Back.
Once approved by committee you will be able to claim your book. The PhotoBook must be named - 365 - (My Name) and be shown to committee once completed to attain your certificate of completion.
The WAPF are invesitigating and negotating with Photo book printers to find the best, cost effective solution for its 365. members.
Currently Blurb is the prefered solution, however you are free to use whatever book publisher you wish.
The process will be that once you have purchased your book you forward your reciept to the Treasurer WAPF and you will recieve a $75 cheque from the WAPF
•Once ‘committed’ you cannot miss a day. To miss a day will break the challenge and you will need to repay and start again! You can however claim your photo-book
Click HERE if you break you challenge and wish to claim your book.
There is an option to apply for a make up for 7 days beyond the actual date under special circumstances , you will need to advise the WAPF via ricmcd@iinet.net.au to apply for an make up explaining the reasons.
•Yes, if you wish, you could possibly attempt to cheat by changing dates around in the EXIF data, however there is also terrific software around that can ‘see’ if you have done this. Really, you will be cheating on yourself and never gain the full satisfaction of seeing a project completely through.
•Project 365 is only available in this format to Affiliated WAPF Club Members.
•Once you have completed your 365 days, please contact a Committee Club Member to verify your completion. This will then be noted against your membership, and once you have printed your PhotoBook, you will be provided with an official 365 certificate.
