About Waiting for Godot

We've all shared that feeling, those momments of waiting for something or someone... a friend, a cheque, Spring, a holiday, an email, an event, a birth... you name it - it seems we spend a great deal of our life in this state of anticipation.

This pool is dedicated to the Wait. The title was inspired by a play by Samuel Beckett. Most of the play deals with the fact that Estragon and Vladimir are waiting for something to alleviate their boredom. Godot can be understood as one of the many things in life that people wait for.

Please Note: this is now a curated group, which means that images are reviewed before being posted. The reason for this is to create a cohesive common theme and aesthetics which defines the concept behind Waiting for Godot. Choices made may be be very subjective but then again so were the decisions to create the theme for the group. I apologize before hand for any images that do not make the pool and hope you will resubmit other works for submission.
