About Wahner Heath
This group contains photos taken in Wahner Heath, a nature reserve between the cities Cologne, Rösrath, Lohmar and Troisdorf. It includes also captures of facilities, buildings and ruins, such as the airport Cologne-Bonn or remains of military use.
The heath was a military training area between 1817 and 2004 and is a nature reserce since 1931.
