Anything and everything related to waffles! -- pictures of waffles, waffle restaurants, frozen waffles, waffle advertisements, waffle irons, waffle mix, syrup, packaging and nostalgia related to waffles and/or waffle-flavored food like cereal or candy. Let's see a picture of YOU eating waffles, too!

Sorry, no pancakes or French toast allowed unless they're pictured along with waffles. I like them too, but this is a celebration of waffles only.

There are two actual "Waffle Days" to celebrate. Help spread the word. --

March 25 is International Waffle Day -- The holiday originated in Sweden as Våffeldagen. For Christians it marks 9 months before Christmas and the day that Archangel Gabriel told the Virgin Mary that she was pregnant. It also generally marks the beginning of spring. Swedes celebrate by making waffles!

August 24 is National Waffle Day in the United States -- It celebrates Cornelius Swarthout who patented the waffle iron on that day in 1869.
