23 Apr 10 - There are pictures just in of the brand-new, temporary station at Workington North, to help people cope with the aftermath of the floods. Take a look!

About Unusual UK railway stationsOffbeat stations, still in use or converted, customised, or remarkable in other ways. Photographs should be reasonably contemporary, rather than black and white ones from the 1960s and 70s that show places that don't exist any more, and are now bypasses, roundabouts, or car parks. If the station still remains as a recognisable relic in some way, that's different. Plenty of info on the caption is good, too. Hope that gives a wide enough brief! |
