step 1: procure in some way, one (or more) of isa chandra moskowitz and terry romero's books

(vegan brunch was initially going to be the crack of noon, a vegan brunch book but the publishers didn't like it. both tags will be active. "crack of noon" is the older tag with pics from the testing crew, but feel free to use either tag. at least with "crack of noon" it's pretty much guaranteed to be from this book as opposed to any old vegan brunch recipe.)
