10 Nov 09 - Hi folks, Thanks for all your brilliant pics so far! Just wanted to flag that we're now running this competition on Facebook as well, because some people have been having problems using Flickr. If you'd like to see what has gone up so far, join VSO UK group on Facebook and you'll find the photo competition in the events section.

About Going Places - VSO Photo Competition

Help us make 2009's International Volunteer Day on 5th December a memorable one!

If you're a VSO UK volunteer overseas or a VSO UK volunteer who returned home within the last two years, we want you to enter our Going Places photo competition. The winner will become the proud owner of a fantastic Flip Video - perfect for making mini movies.

Here's a reminder of the details...

1. The theme of the competition, as you might have guessed, is Going Places. Make of that what you will…

2. Each Going Places image must have a caption – no more than 100 words but ideally no less than 30. You’ll also need to give us your name and the country you’re volunteering in / you volunteered in.

3. You can submit up to three images.

4. The deadline for entering is Monday 16th November at midday (GMT).

We're really excited about seeing your photos - thanks in advance for submitting them!
