Vodafone Cheer Up Ireland Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding Vodafone employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Under 18's can enter in conjunction with a parent or guardian and with their consent.
2. To enter the competition, you should submit a cheerful photograph by either: - Adding your photo to our Flickr group: flickr.com/groups/vodafonecheerupireland -Emailing your photo to: vodafoneview.ie@vodafone.com -Sending your picture on Twitter to @vodafoneireland with the tag #cheerupireland
3. The closing date for entries is 28 February 2010
4. Photographs received should: a) Be suitable for an under-18 year old audience; b) Not contain any nudity or unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive material. Any such photos will not be eligible for entry; and c) Not be entered for the purpose of advertising or solicitation with respect to any product or service.
5. By entering this competition, you agree that you are the sole originator of the photograph and hold copyright to this photograph.
6. By submitting your photograph to this competition, you grant Vodafone Ireland permission to reproduce and display the images in any medium now existing or subsequently developed on a royalty-free basis (including on the Vodafone website, flickr and facebook sites).
7. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and by completing the entry form you agree to being contacted by Vodafone for marketing purposes.
8. The prize is for a €3,000 shopping voucher. No cash alternative will be offered and the prizes are non transferable.
9. All entries will be judged by Vodafone with a shortlist of 20 photographs submitted to a judging panel who will choose the winning photograph
10. Vodafone’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. In the event that Vodafone is unable to contact you after 3 attempts it will draw a replacement winner.
12. Vodafone will publish the name of the winner on its Facebook, Flickr, Bebo and Vodafone View sites.
13. Vodafone reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
