TEMPORARY RULE
▪▪▪ IN ORDER TO FILL THE POOL WITH THE FIRST 24 PICS, YOU
▪▪▪ WON'T NEED TO RATE ANY OF THE PREVIOUS PICS. YOU CAN
▪▪▪ DO SO, IF YOU WANT TO, OF COURSE.

■ You can only have ONE pic at the pool at any given time.

■ The official language of this group is English (more...)

■ You MUST rate the last 10 pics in the pool BEFORE posting your own. That means, in the pool view, you must rate the pics starting with the right bottom corner, and backwards (to the more recent)

■ No nudity please, this is a family friendly group

■ You can put any kind of pic in the pool (more...), could be an object, a concept, a well-known person, a place, etc. the theme of the pic must start with at least the next letter following the previous pic (examples)

■ The alphabet we'll be using fot this group is the following:

A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

Please read special rules regarding to special letters (like X)

■ There can only be 24 pics at any time in the pool

▪▪▪ ABOUT RATING
■ The rates must be whole numbers, please don't use fractions

■ Rating: We will use a 0-10 rating method, please read the following guidelines to give the rating:

1 - This range is way below average,
2 - those are bad bad pics, comment and critiques
3 - are optional.

4 - In this range you have the typical snapshots,
5 - some worse, some better, comment and
6 - critiques are optional

7 - Above average image, since the person is trying hard to do a good job, comment and critique will be very useful, is optional, but helpful.

8 - Good image, comment and critique is mandatory.

9 - Very good image, almost perfect, you MUST give a comment and critique, being very specific on why this pic had 9 and not 10.

10 - Outstanding image, you can't find any technical flaws, and the image/theme is very appealing to you, you MUST fave it, comment on it, is optional

■ To rate a pic, copy the following code:

Rating <b>nn</b>: <b>xx</b> from the group <a href="/groups/vocabulary/">Vocabulary</a>

It will be showed as:

Rating nn: xx from the group Vocabulary

nn is the number of the rating, please check the previous rating number, and add one. If the pic has already 10 ratings, please do not rate it again. Continue with the next pic.

xx is your rate from 0 to 10.

■ If you do a critique, please be honest, but polite

■ You can rate more than 10 pics, if you wish to, but you MUST rate at least 10 if you want to post a picture to the pool.

■ Once a pic has 10 rates, we will show the final score, its grade, and it will be removed from the pool, in order to make room for another pics, it will be able to join one of several groups according to its final rate (more...), and if the photographer receives enough points he will be able to join a special "v-MOP (Vocabulary Master Of Photography) group (more...).
