i was actually just watching fear factor today and they had to grab and transport 6 electric eels, and it looked kinda terrifying. but this dude looks pretty sweet.

thanks, y'all.
the eel is a green moray eel, and the "2 blue things" are cleaner wrasses. they're fish that eat dead skin cells and parasites off of larger fish. they often set up "cleaning stations" in a coral reefs where fish go to get cleaned.
the pictures were taken at the staten island zoo in staten island, new york.

jorel845 [deleted] says:
there are actually predators that mimic the wrasses and take a chomp out of the eel as they approach for a cleaning! wicked.
in ancient rome eels were pets, and once were given earrings or other such jewlery by a wealthy female roman...funny coinkydink with your title.

darwin, it was pretty easy to shoot since it was in an aquarium. my only cocern was not getting a reflection. i took a bunch of pictures of the eel and the wrasses, and put together the ones that might make a story.
jorel, i believe the fish you mentioned are a type of blenny, but i'm not 100%. that's pretty neat about the ancient romans. a coinkydink indeed!
