About Vintage Portraiture

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

This is a group for true portrait photo work (pre-1960), anything newer than that can be posted elsewher but not here. By portrait, I mean photos where the subject (or subjects) is posing for the photo, whether in a photo studio or elsewhere.

And I'd love to see lots of examples of early studio portrait work, but then that's just my personal preference. Keeping in mind what is stated in the first paragraph... Post away!

And (as administrator) I reserve the right to remove photos that I feel don't conform to the intentions of the group.
