This group is meant to serve both as creative inspiration and as a reference for collector's trying to identify the matching pattern for their vintage "mommy-made" hand & machine sewn and knitted doll fashions.

Please add scans and photos of your vintage FASHION DOLL sewing & knitting patterns. Patterns for Barbie, Francie, Skipper, Ken, Tammy, Pepper, Blythe and other fashion dolls from this era are welcome additions to the group's pool.

So that we may all use the pool as an easy reference, please add the manufacturer (Advance, Simplicity, etc.), the doll, the year, and the pattern number as tags and/or put them in the description (if you know them).

Photos of fashion doll clothing made using vintage patterns are also welcome.

Please tag photos appropriately: DOLL, PATTERN, VINTAGE, KNITTING, SEWING, etc. It's OK if other toys & things are in the shot, but please keep the focus on patterns, sewing, and knitting for vintage fashion dolls. Family & work-environment friendly, please. The curator may remove, without notice, any photos not family/office-friendly or not fitting the group's theme.
