Thanks for visiting Vintage Parasols.

For our purposes, a PARASOL is a dry umbrella, used for keeping ladies fair skin out of the sun.

Parasols were especially popular in the Victorian age, and photos from that era are most relevant to this group.

Please only post RELEVANT images! That means please only post antique or vintage photos that include parasols, gamps, brollys, or bumbershoots!

We will occasionally (warily) accept faux-vintage parasol related imagery, but only if they are highly stylized and high quality. Please use discretion.

If an image you post gets removed from the group, please don't be offended - we just want the group to be aesthetically harmonic.
