About Vilnius - European Capital of Culture 2009
In the year 2009 Vilnius (Lithuania) (together with Linz (Austria)) has the honor to carry the name of the official European Capital of Culture. To capture the most precious moments of this event this special group was created. Feel free to share the best of the Vilnius in 2009 here and help immortalize the atmosphere, avalanche of celebrations, festivals, performances and all the rest that this beautiful city will have to offer throughout the whole year!
