Admission of a image to the Pool is moderated. Although an image need not be invited as in some groups, an Admin/Moderator must promote your image to the pool.

Don't post the image you just uploaded to the pool. This pool is for elite images that have numerous views, comments and faves from flickr members.

The limit is 1 Images each week that you feel is a "Decisive Moments Classics". These images should be of the Quality to be framed in a Gallery or your Home. Images you feel have a timeless beauty you will never get tired of viewing..

Please depict People in a Setting or a great image with a dog or cat in a public setting as HCB did... Please limit your animal photo to one..
