About Ventnor Margate Longport Pictures from the downbeach communities of Ventnor, Margate and Longport, New Jersey. I grew up in Ventnor and Margate, and I still dearly love the area, and have many very good friends and family there. I wish I could get back there more often. Whether you just visited once, or have lived there your whole life, please post your photos that capture the spirit of these unique communities Love to see: People hanging out on the beach or the bay, Lucy, houses, people from VML, inside and outside the bars in Margate like Robert's Place, Marnard's or the Green House (or the gone but not forgotten Reds and Maloney's), the JCC, the docks, the boats, the piers, the rocks, the bridges, the boardwalk, or anything else old or new.
