Velib' - Paris

Velib' is a new bicycle transport concept launched by Mairie de Paris. It was actually not the first rental bicycle scheme in Frqnce, it was first started in Lyons, le vélo'v!



Barcelona actually beat Paris to it, it was launched there earlier this year, its called Bicing. Ken Livingstone is considering this for London too, no wonder seeing that Tour de France was kickstarted in the English capital this year.
