27 Aug 10 - Although the name of the group is Vanishing Vancouver, please feel free to add your 'vanishing" shots from anywhere around the lower mainland area! I will occasionally remove photos from the pool if they don't fit the Groups guidelines.

About Vanishing Vancouver

The face of Vancouver is changing rapidly. With more and more development around the city, lots of interesting buildings and houses are just being demolished to make way for the next big project.

This group is for photos of disappearing aspects, or little fragments of the city that won't be around much longer.

Maybe you have a photo of a house down the street that's slowly falling apart, or perhaps a building downtown facing the wrecking ball, or maybe you've even got some photos of some places that are already gone. Then this is the group for you!

Post your photos so we can remember what Vancouver used to look like!

No more that 5-8 photos per day, thanks!

From time to time I will remove photos that do not fit the group guidelines. So if you see your photo is gone please don't be offended!
