About Vanishing South

The purpose of Vanishing South is to provide a focused collection of images, a digital archive if you will, documenting what remains of traditional Southern architecture and culture. Sometimes the boundaries may be a bit blurred, and not every image you'll see will be an abandoned house or barn. I'm trying to search as many sites as possible to find unique perspectives from all viewpoints. Stay tuned, and keep the feedback comin'.
