This Flickr Group is dedicated to Memorials found within the United States. Memorials can be National, State or even local memorials.
Their are many memorials in the United States, many are prominent and well known Memorials, Monuments, Historical Markers others are not well known, in fact they will be considered obscure to say the least, but they note and document for posterity notable events from our American history.
Many of these memorials can be found in Washington, D.C., we would like to find Memorials there and beyond, familiar and obscure, post them here and happy hunting!
