Is it legal to photograph your ballot?

I originally had my ballot photograph up but took it down after investigating the legality of it. Here is a site that lists the state by state laws or lack there of.:

www.citmedialaw.org/legal-guide/state-law-documenting-you...

The Massachusetts law which I caused me to retract my picture is vague at best:
www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/56-25.htm

What do you think?

It's up to how each state writes its law, obviously, but also how they interpret it. In DC, there's no specific prohibition, but the election office has decided that photography is an interference in the election process based on a general rule that all interferences are illegal.

Didn't stop me from shooting or posting my ballot. I think you're probably overreacting by taking your shot down.
