This group is dedicated to the photographic exploration of abandoned / vacated buildings and locations in the city of Buffalo or it's nearby suburbs. Preferably photos from the inside instead of the exterior.

Instead of the usual straightforward capture of a pile of crap in a state of decay, it would be much more appreciated if you could share images that show a little bit more artistic creativity or eye for detail. Let the love you have for the beauty in these forgotten gems shine through in your photos. It's really quality shots we're looking for!

You don't have to be from Buffalo but the photos you submit must have been shot in Buffalo.

Uploads are limited to a maximum of 5 per day.

Commenting on each other's photos is not a must, but will of course be appreciated. Let's keep this an inspiring and fun group and not just a dumping ground for your photos. Be selective about what you post to the pool. It's all about quality, not quantity. Show us your best!

The pool is public, but the group is invitation only. If you would like to join request one of our admins first and we'll check out your stream.
We do not accept users that don't have any urbex photos in their flickr stream! For a full description what Urbex means click HERE. Before you send us your request make sure you add the tag "Urbex" to some of your UE shots so we can easily find them in your stream.
