About Urban Public Spaces
This flickr group expresses the notion of the urban public space. Examples can range from "classic public spaces" to the lesser known gem in your own community.
The emphasis should be on how individuals interact with public spaces (i.e. how people use public spaces).
For instance, people in parks is good.
People utilizing parks for a public purpose (e.g. chatting, playing checkers, holding an improptu folk music jam) would be even better.
Less desireable would be photo of a park sign in front of a park entrance.
By the way, this group is hardly limited to parks - be creative. Find people creating and using public spaces that we hardly even knew existed.
