08 Aug 09 - Thanks for submitting or accepting our requests to be added to the pool. We're trying to keep this diverse. A few people have asked if posting here always means the photo will get posted on Urbansand. Not always and they don't get posted in the order you see here. We greatly appreciation the participation. Had a recent spike of 3000 daily views...woohoo. The submission pool fills up quickly so I've limited submissions to 1 a day.

About Urbansand

Hi. I run a site called (urbansand) where I post interviews from photographers I admire. I also post a photo of the day which is selected this pool and other places on the web. What type of photos am I looking for? Just have a look at the existing pool.

Also would love feedback and suggestions on photographers to interview and questions to ask..
