About Urban Alt
Urban Alt is is photographically deconstructing the world: city by city.
We want to see what tourists avoid in your city. “The reality underneath the veneer”. These often ignored nooks and crannies are our playground. Grab a light and have a wander, you'll be surprised how little of your city you ever appreciated. So, go... Explore. Discover. Drag what you find back into this hole. But, whatever you find - however ugly it may be - find a stunning way to capture it. Bring the emotion back with you.
Images can be of places, people, or both.
If you were invited to post an image, you are free to post other images you have (that fit the theme). You can post a max of 5 per day.
Don't give us 'happy'. This isn’t a place for postcards. But, even "normalcy" can have it’s own horror... which you are welcome to explore
Images that don't "fit" will be removed. PLEASE look in the stream to see what is expected.
