About Urban Fragments (No People)
Urban Fragments (No People) is a group for photos of architectural details and ephemera: bits of carving and molding, doors and windows, peeling paint, rusty metal, old brickwork, decaying wood, grafitti, signs, murals, urban art, billboards.
Please do focus on bits of the city landscape that most people do not notice, or ways of viewing architecture and buildings, old and new, that most people would not think of.
Be innovative: inspire us and amaze us!
This is NOT a catch-all group for your photos which you think have anything REMOTELY to do with city life. Please, no PORTRAITS, STREET PEOPLE, homeless people or street scenes with the main subject being people. This is also not the place for nature shots, flowers, sunsets, animals and the like.
NO VIDEOS. Videos will be removed.
MOSAICS, composite images and heavily manipulated images are also not appropriate. We'd like to see realistic photos please.
PHOTOS WHICH ARE NOT ON THEME WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING. This is for the benefit of the group.
