UpStart is a non-profit arts collective which aims to put creativity at the centre of public consciousness during the Irish General Election Campaign in 2011.

On February 1st 2011 the UpStart collective launched its campaign to promote creativity during the Irish general election 2011.

1000 posters, submitted by artists, writers & poets are being put up across the centre of Dublin.
