About Friends of the Upper Post
In 1966 the Upper Post of Fort Snelling was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2006 The National Trust for Historic Preservation listed it as one of the 11 most endangered places.
From the Headquarters Building and it's iconic clock tower to the dilapidated Quartermaster's Shops, let's document it's decay (and hopefully, revival) and pool our photos of this abandoned gem.
