About unsuspecting

Pictures taken of people without their knowledge. Admit it, you've done it. You saw someone that looked interesting and figured you could sneak a photo without attracting his or her attention.
Group Posting Guidelines:
Photographing people in public is understood to be permissible and legal in most places. However, if you are asked by the subject not to take their picture and you take it anyway, it violates the rules of this group so please don't post it.
The main subject must be at least one person, and must not be merely walking through your shot or in the distance.
The subject should not be looking at the camera. If the person did not know you were about to take the photo, but glanced in your direction as you were taking the shot, it is technically admissible, but please try to post shots where the subject is completely unaware of your presence.
Please don't post staged photos. Each photo posted should be of a different subject. Photos in sequence that look too similar will be removed.
Only photos taken in public with your camera clearly not concealed are allowed here.
Please don't post photos that have been digitally altered in a way that removes the subject from his or her original environment.
Photos of infants are not acceptable, since the subject must be capable of being suspecting in order to be unsuspecting. Sleeping adults are acceptable.
This is not a swimsuit edition group or a group for pictures of derrierres. Go to the plethora of other flickr groups for that sort of thing instead.
This group does not accept any type of blatant erotica, hidden camera or fetish photography. The admins have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate material. You will be permanently banned for not following this rule!
Group Administrator Responsibilities:
If you are selected as a group administrator, you have two basic responsibilities:
a) Enforce the group rules by deleting photos that don't qualify (but be nice and leave a note explaining why).
b) Spread the word by inviting others!
Thanks, and happy posting!
