About Universal Subjective

Our World is Relative. But we talk in Absolutes.

Our tastes are subjective, but we expect everyone to share it universally.

That is the paradox of Universal Subjective.

This group is a place to have photographic discourse on the most essential question of photography. What makes a good picture?

This is a sanctuary from all the "experts" who will tell you that a certain crop would make your picture way better. It is instead a place to simply share our differing views. It is a place where breaking rules, intentionally or unintentionally, is encouraged. Post your photos. They can be grainy, blurred, cropped funny, whatever. As long as you believe that it is the best photo. This place does not judge. We do not rate. All that matters is your conviction.

Discussions can be as philosophical or trashy as you like.

There are no real rules here just as there are no real rules in photography.

Remember! Everything is absolutely relative!
